The morning your roof project begins or the day before, the roofing products you have chosen will be arriving and dropped off in your driveway or a designated location. Also dump trailer or dumpster will be dropped off to remove the waste from the roof removal

After all of the old shingles are removed, we will carefully inspect your roof decking for signs of rotting or defective installation. Any damaged roof decking panels will be replaced before we continue.
We install six (6) feet ice and water barrier as required by building codes, more ice water is applied to the eaves, valleys, around skylight, chimneys, plumbing pipes and other densities areas of the roofing system, in many cases we exceed the building codes and install nine (9) to Twelve (12) feet if ice water barrier for those homes with a low pitch that accumulate snow for a long period of time.
Also fiberglass reinforced felt underlayment for superior moisture protection is installed. We will also replace all vents, flashing, and install new drip edge around the entire perimeter of your roof.
